If your shipping address is not being accepted, it could be that the system is recognizing it as invalid.
We recommend checking that your address works with the USPS Zip Code Locator Tool. Cut/copy the address suggested by the Locator Tool and paste it in at the time of redemption. If you continue to have problems entering your address, you may contact us here with a screenshot of the error.
Some items do have restrictions on delivery and may not be able to be delivered to a PO Box, which could be cause the invalid address error.
If you need to change your shipping address, you can do so with each redemption you make. You will not be able to request a change to your shipping address after confirming your order.
